Content export analysis

Parse the content export, group by format, calculate key medians and highlight where the content system looks weak or commercially underpowered.

How to read the result
Workspace

Enter the inputs and the model will show both the result and its reliability

The result will appear here.

Check the units, periods and definitions before running the calculation. Weak input data produces weak conclusions.

Method

A tool is useful only when you can see what the conclusion rests on

The interface is only the front layer. The real value is the ability to inspect the inputs, understand how the output is calculated, recognise what the model cannot know and translate the result into a management action.

What to prepare

Inputs

A CSV or TSV export with any available combination of content name, format, reach or impressions, engagement, clicks, leads, spend and revenue.

What happens

Calculation method

The tool detects available columns, calculates derived metrics, summarises medians and top-quartile results and compares formats where the data allows.

Where it can fail

Limitations

Missing columns cannot be inferred. Platform exports can use different definitions, and revenue attribution may not be directly comparable across content roles.

Why calculate it

Management output

A diagnostic view of where content efficiency may be lost and what additional role or quality fields should be added to the next export.

APIS LAB principle

A result is complete not when a chart appears, but when it becomes clear which decision follows, which assumptions remain disputed and what next evidence could change the conclusion.

Method

The best post is not always the one with the most reach
